Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pj99 ("pj99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pj99 website located at pj99.ws, including all associated services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels.

By creating an account, accessing any portion of the Platform, or placing a wager or bet of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity.

pj99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the pj99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pj99 operates an adults-only platform and enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of pj99 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account closed by pj99 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or under the influence of substances that impair your judgement.

pj99 is committed to preventing underage gambling. We apply age verification procedures during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and we may request documentary evidence of age at any point. Accounts for which age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accumulated during the period before verification may be withheld.

Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access the full range of pj99 services, you are required to register a player account. By completing the registration process, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to notify pj99 promptly if any registered details change.

One Account Per Player: Each individual is permitted to hold one active player account on pj99. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or any other identifiable shared attribute — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pj99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pj99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pj99 support immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: pj99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Before your first withdrawal is approved, and in certain other circumstances at our discretion, you will be required to provide documentary proof of identity and address. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable time period following a withdrawal request may have their request placed on hold.

Account Currency: All player accounts on pj99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be made via supported payment methods. pj99 does not maintain foreign-currency accounts and does not accept deposits in currencies other than BDT.

Deposits and Withdrawals

pj99 supports a range of payment methods widely used by players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source. Processing fees on standard deposits are not charged by pj99, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit, and only to an account registered in the same name as the pj99 account holder. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the following business day.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual bonus offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real-money deposits are withdrawn first; bonus funds become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.

Bonus and Promotions Policy

pj99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, which take precedence over these general bonus rules in the event of any conflict. Where individual offer terms are silent on a particular matter, the following general rules apply.

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, and cashback offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer details. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Time Limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in individual offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited. Contact support before claiming a new offer if you are unsure of your current bonus status.
• Bonus Abuse: pj99 monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses, arbitraging offers, or engaging in coordinated bonus abuse with other players will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings from bonus-funded play voided, and their account reviewed for suspension.
• VIP and Black Diamond Bonuses: Bonuses awarded as part of the pj99 VIP programme, including those offered to Black Diamond tier players by their personal account manager, are subject to bespoke terms agreed between the player and pj99 at the time of the offer.

pj99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and partially wagered will be allowed to run to its stated expiry date under its original terms.

Gameplay and Fair Use

pj99 is committed to providing a fair and honest gaming environment. All casino games available on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by our licensed provider partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Sports betting odds are set independently and reflect genuine market pricing at the time of bet placement.

Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited on pj99 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without the express written permission of pj99.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated as a result of a known or suspected technical error may be voided by pj99.
• Colluding with other players to fix match outcomes, share hole-card information in poker games, or otherwise manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, acting as an agent, or operating a syndicate without the express written permission of pj99.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your location or circumvent any access restriction imposed by pj99.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.

Void Bets: pj99 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of system error, data feed failure, fraudulent activity, or where the integrity of the event is called into question. In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, pj99's game servers will complete the round using the last confirmed game state. The outcome will be recorded and applied to your account balance once connectivity is restored. pj99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end.

Account Suspension and Closure

pj99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within a reasonable time period following a request.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the account.
• Operating multiple accounts or acting as a proxy player on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards pj99 staff or other players.
• At the request of the account holder via a self-exclusion application submitted to the responsible gaming team.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any bonus funds and winnings generated through bonus play that do not meet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts closed due to breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited in full.

Voluntary Closure: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). pj99 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from the account balance. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of dormancy fees, the account will be closed.

Limitation of Liability

The pj99 Platform and all associated services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pj99 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates continuously, securely, and free of material errors, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of vulnerabilities at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pj99 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity arising from service interruptions, maintenance windows, or technical failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, game result, odds, or statistic displayed on the Platform that contains an error or inaccuracy.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to secure your credentials.
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party service provider outages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pj99's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Language and Disputes: These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to pj99's customer support team for informal resolution. pj99 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to formal dispute resolution procedures as described in our FAQ section.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each available on this website), constitute the entire agreement between you and pj99 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
